FMF USA Ductus Venosus and Fronto-Maxillary Facial Angle Theory and Practical Internet Course
Course Objectives
At the conclusion of the course, participants should be able to:
1) Describe First Trimester Ductus Venosus and Fronto-Maxillary Facial Angle as ultrasound markers in the 1st Trimester.
2) Image and assess the Ductus Venosus and Fronto-Maxillary Facial Angle according to Fetal Medicine Foundation standards during the 11-13 Week ultrasound examination.
Audience
For physicians and sonographers who are FMF NT accredited, this is a didactic official Fetal Medicine Foundation USA certificate program in Ductus Venosus (DV) and Fronto-Maxillary Facial Angle (FMFA). This didactic internet course provides the theory component of the Ductus Venosus and Fronto-Maxillary Facial Angle Certificate (step 1). The Practical Certificate follows with submission of DV and FMFA images (step 2) to FMF USA.
Content Format
The entire course is delivered in a video streaming voice-over Powerpoint over the internet (note: compatible with Windows Explorer browser only).

Course Credentials
Once successful, you will receive a certificate to acknowledge successful completion of the theoretical component of the “Nasal Bone/Tricuspid Flow Assessment”.
Ultrasonographers/physicians will then be eligible to submit images to Ms. Naomi Greene of FMF USA for step 2 of the Nasal Bone/Tricuspid Flow credentialing program.
