"Personal information" is the information about an identifiable individual. We may require personal information, like your physician ID number or ARDMS number, in order to assign member ID codes.

B) Email Address
We also require your email address in order to confirm that you have successfully registered. We will provide updates about the features and content of the web site that we believe might be of interest to you. You can change your mind at any time about receiving email communication by contacting us.

C) Training Status Information
In the future, we may share your training/certification status with partner parties, such as the regional biochemistry laboratories, the Provincial/State databases on Prenatal Screening and FMF UK Database.
